Selling your old games, gaming consoles, and other personal electronics to Game Traders Club is SIMPLE to do. Just follow these easy instructions below:

1. Come on in

Just gather up your unused items and bring them right in to us! You’ll get to view for yourself the best selection of new and used video games and DVDs around!

2. Email a list

If you live anywhere else in the US or Canada, email us a list of what you want to sell us, along with a phone number, and the best time for us to call you . We’ll call or email you back with your quote within hours! Make sure that you let us know if the games/DVDs are in their original packaging and if they have instruction manuals if that applies.

3. Package and ship

After we agree on your price (which will blow Gamestop/EB Games etc away!), carefully package and send us your items within a week. If you wait longer than a week, we’ll have to get a new quote as prices change rapidly with supply and demand.

4. GET PAID

As soon as we inspect your games and movies to confirm that they’re okay, you’ll get PAID! You’ll get the money sent to your PayPal account (quickest method) or we’ll mail a US Postal Service money order to you within 24 hours!

The prices that we pay you are entirely based upon our current supply of your item(s), their current resale price, and of course the demand for the item.

Generally, the newer, popular games are more valuable. Our trade-in prices are usually better than the larger chain stores AND any local competitors.

Shipping

We offer different shipping options based upon whatever is most convenient to you. For our local customers, in-store Pick-up is available. Shipping costs are subject to change. We strive to ship, or drop ship all of the items you Rent or Buy within 1 business day of your order.

Tracking numbers for your item will be provided. Some items may require insurance due to its value and if so, you will see it listed on the actual item page.

Returns and exchanges

Rental returns:

Once you are done with an item you have rented, simply return it to our store.

Once the item has been returned, it will then be inspected, and if it is in the condition you have rented it out in, there will be no further charges to your bank card. Of course, if enough time has gone by, it becomes your item anyways.

Defective items:

If your item is defective, you may return it for an exchange.

You may return the exact item we shipped you for an exchange of the same item within 90 days for video games and consoles and 30 days for electronics.

Other items will have the guarantee individually posted.
